What is your return policy?
Welcome to Nurae. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We take immense pride in our manual inspection process, ensuring every product is dispatched in perfect condition from our Hyderabad facility.
1. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Processing: All orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
Delivery Window: Most orders reach their destination within 3–5 days. However, due to courier logistics across India, please allow a window of 3–15 days.
Non-Delivery Refund: A refund request for non-delivery can only be raised if the product has not reached you within 30 days from the date of dispatch. This buffer accounts for any unforeseen transit delays by our courier partners.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We only initiate returns or exchanges under the following specific conditions:
Incorrect Product: If you receive a product or color entirely different from what was ordered (Order ID and screenshots required).
Damaged Product: If the item is physically damaged upon arrival.
Lost in Transit: If the 30-day maximum delivery window has passed.
3. The Mandatory "Uncut Unboxing Video" Rule
At Nurae, we film the inspection and packing of every single order as proof of quality. To maintain transparency:
No return or exchange will be processed without a continuous, uncut unboxing video.
The video must start from the unopened courier seal and clearly show the product being taken out and the defect/wrong item being revealed.
Any edits, cuts, or videos made after the package has been opened will result in an immediate rejection of the claim.
4. Strict Return Window & Product Condition
2-Day Limit: Any discrepancy or damage must be reported within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery timestamp. After this period, no claims will be entertained.
Original Condition: Items must be returned with all tags, branding, and original packaging intact.
Usage Policy: If the product shows signs of being used, washed, or if the tags are damaged/removed, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
5. Inspection & Final Approval
Upon receiving the returned product at our Hyderabad warehouse, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the product matches its original dispatched state and that no customer-induced damage has occurred.
Nurae reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our quality standards or violates the terms mentioned above.
6. Refund Process
Once the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method or via store credit (as per your preference).
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
